Bill Stark leads the Leidos Environmental and Equator Principles (EP) consulting practice supporting independent engineering and lender’s technical advisory services. During his more than 30 years in the energy industry, he has advised developers, lenders, and investors participating in generation, infrastructure, and oil and gas projects in North and South America, Asia, Africa, and Australia. Bill has extensive experience in assessing compliance with EP programs and guidelines, as well as in developing various plans and programs required for EP financing.
