Awards and partnerships
Leidos has a strong affinity with the military, both in our lines of business and in our workforce. We are proud that over 9,400 of our employees — 20% — are military veterans or spouses. We assist veterans through the often-difficult transition from military life to a career in the private sector. Leidos is committed to supporting veterans as they pursue challenging and rewarding careers within our many business areas.
Military Alliance Group
The Leidos Military Alliance Group (MAG) advocates for military and veteran causes and principally “serves those who have served". We champion efforts to support transitioning military members and their spouses into the Leidos family and other civilian careers through direct mentoring programs. We work together to increase awareness and make a positive impact on veteran issues to include posttraumatic stress disorder, physically disabled veteran programs, and veteran suicide prevention initiatives. The Leidos MAG also provides a chapter supporting military spouses, and the challenges they face as well.
