Leidos climbs the Management Top 250

Leidos climbed to No. 44 on the Drucker Institute's annual Management Top 250 published this week by the Wall Street Journal, climbing 62 spots from its previous ranking, and was among the list’s “Social Top 10” for high marks in social responsibility.
The list reveals how the top publicly traded U.S. companies stack up based on customer satisfaction, employee engagement and development, innovation, social responsibility and financial strength.
Leidos received an overall score of 67.5, which ranks No. 3 among the Business/Consumer Services category.
“The Management Top 250 ranking is aimed at highlighting companies that have done a commendable job across a range of what can sometimes be competing management priorities,” according to the list’s publishers. “It uses the late management guru Peter Drucker’s principles to identify the companies that are most effectively managed.”
In 2019, Leidos Chairman and CEO Roger Krone signed Business Roundtable’s Statement on the Purpose of a Corporation, committing to deliver value to customers, invest in employees, deal fairly and ethically with suppliers, support communities and generate long-term value for shareholders.

Leidos debuted on the Management Top 250 in 2018, checking in at No. 250.
