Leidos CIO Joins Executive Panel at Moveworks Global Conference

At the 2025 Moveworks.global Conference, Leidos joined industry leaders to explore what it takes to implement enterprise AI responsibly. • Across the panel, leaders agreed: AI should amplify human potential, not replace it. Digital assistants like Leidos’ Iris and CVS Health’s Artie are designed to reduce routine tasks so employees can focus on meaningful work.

Trust and Security Are Non-Negotiable

• Every panelist emphasized the importance of building trust—both through security compliance (like FedRAMP certification) and by ensuring AI provides reliable, explainable outcomes.

Change Management Drives Success

• Introducing AI at scale requires more than technology. Change management, training, and strong internal communications are essential for building employee confidence and adoption.

Scale with Intention

• Rather than trying to “boil the ocean,” organizations are starting with targeted use cases, then scaling based on measurable results. Pilots focused on IT support, HR automation, and service desk optimization were common starting points.

Data Quality Fuels AI Accuracy

• Several leaders highlighted the need for clean, well-structured, and permissioned data. AI tools are only as good as the knowledge bases and systems they pull from—making data hygiene a top priority.
