Leidos appoints Tim Gilday as vice president for enterprise digital experience

RESTON, Va. (March 25, 2025) – Leidos (NYSE: LDOS) hired Tim Gilday as vice president for enterprise digital experience, where he will lead efforts aimed at streamlining and enhancing government digital experiences with an emphasis on efficiency and reliability. Gilday will focus on developing secure, modular and reusable frameworks that leverage automation to deliver capabilities that empower government teams to overcome complexity and accelerate innovation.

Gilday brings over 20 years of experience in enterprise information technology solutions to Leidos. His background spans leadership roles in integrating emerging technology, including artificial intelligence, quantum computing and automation. He is also experienced in data management and analytics, cognitive computing, Zero Trust and DevSecOps support. Gilday led projects for federal government customers that included Department of State, Department of Housing and Urban Development, National Cancer Institute and Veterans Health Administration. 

In his short time since joining, Gilday has collaborated closely with account teams and government customers to redefine what’s possible. By aligning nuanced data with user challenges, he has helped integrate modern practices and cutting-edge technologies to create a more frictionless, on-demand experience that drives real impact.

Gilday joins Leidos from General Dynamics Information Technology, where he served as senior director of emerging technology, leading digital transformation initiatives for federal customers. His experience spans leadership roles at CSRA, Sigma Health Consulting, and Highpoint Solutions, where he focused on integrating emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
