Tell us a little about your job role and responsibilities, and/or something you’re currently working on.
“I manage a team of engineers performing research and development of cyber technologies to create proof of concept capabilities that fit IC [intelligence community] mission needs.”
Why is innovation important in your role?
“Innovation is important in my role because we are tasked to solve problems where there is no answer yet, thus innovation is a necessity to create unique solutions using technologies designed for alternate purposes. This innovation provides us differentiators in a swiftly changing cyber market space.”
What’s your definition of innovation?
“Innovation brings unique techniques to optimize performance, create differentiating capabilities, and enable signature diversity to address the customer’s most complex challenges.”
Any recent examples of innovation from your job?
