Military & Family Readiness
Whole health solutions for warfighter and family readiness
Optimizing human performance in the military—through a bio-behavioral, holistic approach that includes research and performance data, analytics, and technology—increases force readiness and improves decision-making. This also provides a better quality of life for our service members and their families, enabling them to remain mission focused and resilient.
Enhancing military readiness through innovation
In a recent discussion on FORUM’s Keeping IT Brief podcast, Kevin Kaiser, the performance and readiness division manager at Leidos, focused on the evolving landscape of military readiness and strategies to meet future challenges.
Military and Family Life Counseling Program
As part of our ongoing mission to support federal programs focused on health, Leidos partners with the Department of Defense (DOD) on the Military and Family Life Counseling (MFLC) Program. Through this program, the DOD makes a commitment to its service men and women and their families to provide a counseling program that is readily accessible and offers transformative services in support of their life, health, and readiness.
Behavioral Health
Combining care and compassion with data-driven practices, our holistic approach encompasses the emotional, physical and environmental factors that contribute to behavioral health to make measurable, positive differences in the mental health and wellness of service members and their loved ones.
