To participate in this program, you must be an individual (i.e., not a business entity) and a legal resident of the United States who is at least 18 years of age. After viewing the list of jobs eligible for an external referral bonus, review the program terms and conditions to ensure both you as the referrer and your candidate meet the program rules.

To ensure that your referral is considered for the most appropriate position, we encourage you to provide a resume and job number. Please note that all current Leidos employees should continue to refer using our Employee Referral Program, not this form.
