Through our philanthropic efforts, we strive to create a sustainable future that includes partnering with community organizations providing critical services and opportunities to those most in need.

Charitable Giving and Volunteerism
We allocate charitable resources — including budget, time and talent — to a variety of organizations and causes that best align with our priorities as a company. By combining corporate giving with passionate and inspired employee participation, Leidos is making a meaningful difference to those in need
In 2023, we donated over $5 million to charitable organizations and completed more than 43,000 volunteer hours.
Strengthening our communities through volunteerism is part of our Leidos vision statement and our employees have a long history of deep engagement in our communities.
The Leidos Relief Foundation
The Leidos Relief Foundation (LRF) is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization designed to support Leidos employees during times of need. The LRF provides grants to our U.S.-based employees* (including wholly owned U.S. subsidiaries) with demonstrated hardship during state or federally declared emergencies, specifically natural or civil disasters. LRF grants are made possible by the tremendous generosity of individual Leidos employees, as well as the Leidos Board of Directors, who donate money or paid time off (PTO) hours to help assist those in need.
In 2023, the LRF aided 37 impacted employees and distributed over $71,000. These amounts are less than 2022 due primarily changed in the impact of the COVID pandemic.
*While the LRF is an IRS 501(c)(3) organization established to assist U.S.-based employees, Leidos supports our international employees through a similar claims process, reviewed and adjudicated by in-country Leidos leadership (separate, but similar and consistent with LRF policy).
