Leslie Fautsch serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at Leidos, bringing over 25 years of expertise as a distinguished HR executive and licensed employment attorney. Her leadership has been instrumental in developing and executing transformative human capital strategies, driving financial optimization, and fostering organizational growth.
Most recently, Leslie developed an innovative people strategy that enhances the employee experience while enabling the talent and culture needed to drive future business growth. Additionally, she led a holistic review of more than $1B in total rewards to transform the employee experience. This comprehensive initiative resulted in multiple enterprise-wide enhancements to attract, retain, and engage the best talent while maintaining a competitive business position.
In 2025, Leslie was appointed to the National Military Family Association Board of Governors, further demonstrating her commitment to impactful leadership and advocacy.
Since 2011, Leslie has held several key roles at Leidos, including Senior Vice President for HR Operations and Total Rewards, Vice President of HR Strategic Operations during a transformative growth phase, and several leadership positions aligned to the business.
Before joining Leidos, Leslie held senior leadership roles in HR management, employee relations, and ethics at Northrop Grumman. Earlier in her career, she practiced as a labor and employment attorney.
Leslie is a cum laude graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where she earned a B.A. in Political Science, and she holds a J.D. from Marquette University Law School.
