Strategic Diversity Outreach
Campus engagement involves an expanded reach across various Minority Serving Institutions in order to recruit talent from a vast array of backgrounds with the broad experiences and perspectives needed to create innovative solutions at Leidos.
Currently, Leidos partners with the following institutions Alabama A&M University, Hampton University, Howard University, Morgan State, Norfolk State University, Prairie View A&M University, University of Arizona, University of Central Florida, University of Texas, San Antonio, University of Houston and Tuskegee University.
The talent needed to grow our business depends on cultivating a workforce rich in diversity of thought, experience, and culture demonstrated by:
- Attracting and hiring qualified candidates into our applicant pool
- Removing barriers to retention and advancement
- Establishing processes that support talent mobility across the corporation
- Leveraging Employee Resource Groups to foster community and connection across Leidos
Our campus recruiting strategy extends beyond talent attraction to include meaningful engagement with faculty as well as research sponsorship.
