Employee Resource Groups
Employee Resource Groups
Leidos Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are an invaluable business resource to help foster a culture of inclusion, innovation, and understanding. More than 5,000 employees participate in our ERGs with chapters in multiple Leidos locations. They are formed and led voluntarily by employees to create communities across dimensions of diversity and affinities to champion employee engagement and professional development (workforce), foster an inclusive culture (workplace), and strengthen our external brand as an employer of choice (marketplace). Each ERG has two Executive Sponsors: one from the Executive Leadership Team and one from the Senior Leadership Team.
