ONC Testing and Certification IT Director – Health
Samantha, an accomplished professional in health IT and project management, serves as the ONC Testing and Certification Director since November 2021. She adeptly manages both Leidos ONC-ATL and ONC-ACB, drawing from her military veteran background to infuse discipline and focus into her work.
Previously, Samantha excelled as an ONC Authorized Testing Laboratory Manager, where she orchestrated healthcare IT testing processes. This role granted her a deep understanding of ensuring seamless interoperability and optimal functionality in health IT systems, as well as hands-on familiarity with software development teams.
With a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Project Management, Samantha combines her skills in program assessment with strategic planning, contributing to successful healthcare IT initiatives. Her extensive background equips her to empathize with clients' challenges and aspirations, facilitating meaningful communication.

ONC Authorized Certification Body IT Manager - Health
Christina is an accomplished health IT professional and currently serves as the ONC-ACB Manager as of February 2022, marking a significant step in her distinguished career dedicated to the healthcare sector.
With a comprehensive background, Christina has made impactful contributions to various healthcare organizations. Her areas of specialization encompass EHRs, system implementation, go-live support, workflow optimization, system analysis, build processes, Quality Payment Programs, and the intricate Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS).
Christina's educational foundation is robust, with a master's degree in health informatics, a bachelor's degree in allied health, and an associate degree in information technology. Georgia Fortun
ONC-Authorized Testing Laboratory Analyst - Health
Georgia is a seasoned Health IT Analyst and began with Leidos in May 2022, she brings a wealth of knowledge and fervor for educating clients about the intricacies of the ONC program.
Before her time at Leidos, Georgia spent over seven years in a dual role as a Health IT Test Specialist. She also served as a Senior EHR Trainer and excelled as the 2014 Meaningful Use Project Manager for a Practice Management EMR Billing Software.
This diverse professional experience equips Georgia with an exceptional comprehension of clients' challenges in the intricate ONC health IT program testing process.
Georgia's work methodology is marked by her commitment to delivering crystal-clear instructions. Her dedication to client education ensures clients grasp the ONC program.

Diana Coniglio
Quality Manager – AT&E
Diana is a practiced healthcare IT professional with a career that began in 2007, encompassing extensive experience in project and quality management.
In February 2023, she assumed the role of Quality Manager for the AT&E team at Leidos, responsible for overseeing quality control across four testing and certification programs.
In her role, Diana meticulously develops and implements robust quality control processes and procedures vital to the success of the AT&E programs. She ensures compliance with ISO 17025 and ISO 17065 accreditation requirements, maintaining the highest standards and competency levels in testing and certification.
Diana's success is rooted in her attention to detail, effective communication, and strong organizational skills, all geared toward continuous process improvement. These qualities make her an exceptional Quality Manager at Leidos.
Diana began her career in the healthcare IT field at a prominent organization focused on health information technology. She played a crucial role in advocating for industry consensus to encourage the widespread adoption of health information technology. Diana continued her professional journey by actively contributing to an organization involved in the development of the early EHR Certification Program. This was prior to the Office of the National Coordinator (ONC) assuming oversight in the ONC-ATL and ONC-ACB domains. Additionally, Diana held vital positions as a Certification Body Manager and Quality Manager, contributing further to her extensive and diverse career in healthcare IT.
Her multifaceted background and her academic foundation with a Marketing degree from DePaul University contribute to the richness of her skill set, rendering her an invaluable asset to the healthcare IT industry.
