Candace Bell
Safety ManagerCandace was first exposed to the safety industry 25 years ago as a litigation specialist focusing on on-the-job injury and general liability cases. She has 15 years of experience as a director of risk management at an electric utility, where she was responsible for leading injury and insurance programs, an onsite healthcare clinic, and legal services division. In her current role at Leidos, Candace oversees the safety management program services that Leidos offers to its utility customers. She develops and delivers safety training programs, risk management tools, and cost reduction processes. Candace attended the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and received her Business Management Certification from Harvard Business School.
