Resilient Basing panel wrap up: Leidos’ view on transformative logistics
According to recent remarks by the U.S. Defense Logistics Agency, managing logistics in contested areas is key to military success. Contested logistics and supply chain resiliency also remain top of mind for military service branches around the globe, with the Air and Space Force Association featuring a “Resilient Basing” panel discussion at its 2023 Air, Space & Cyber Symposium (ASC). The discussion was moderated by U.S. Air Force Maj. Gen. Linda Hurry, the Director of Logistics and Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics, Engineering, and Force Protection.
Representing industry on the panel, Will Johnson, Senior Vice President and Operations Manager for Leidos Logistics and Mission Support, foot stomped that “I believe…breaking down stovepipes so that information is shared more seamlessly…is in the data”. View Johnson’s remarks on key logistics topics below, and view the full panel playback and transcript on the ASC website.
