This automated process for Leidos employees only and will NOT WORK for those with negative employee numbers. If you have a negative employee number, please work with your hiring manager or sponsor to establish your Leidos account. |
After you activate your Leidos account, you can:

Sign in to your Leidos computer

Access your Leidos email

Access Prism, the Leidos intranet, and other Leidos apps and systems
Step 1: Retrieve your username
Retrieve your username by entering your Employee ID. Your Employee ID is a numeric value that you received via email. Once you have retrieved your username, record it for further steps.
Step 2: Create your new Leidos password
Visit the Leidos Password Manager to create your new Leidos password. Your username, in combination with your new password, will give you access to your Leidos computer and other Leidos resources.
If you receive an error message on the first screen stating that your entries are not valid, please contact the Leidos IT Service Desk Toll Free 855-9-LEIDOS (855-953-4367) for assistance in setting up your accounts. |
Next steps
After successfully completing the steps above, your account should be activated and you should now have your Leidos username, password and email address. You can verify your Leidos account is working properly by signing in to Prism, the Leidos intranet. If you can sign in to Prism, your account is activated.
You will need your OTP token or YubiKey to access Prism.
